花火師プライバシーポリシー

このページは、YOSHITAKE HIROTA（以下「開発者」）が提供する iPhone アプリ「花火師」（以下「本アプリ」）で、利用者の情報をどう扱うかを説明するものです。

1. 端末の中だけに保存するもの

本アプリは、次のものを利用者の iPhone の中だけに保存します。開発者のサーバーはなく、開発者に送られることはありません。アカウントもありません。

作った玉・棚の玉・今日の星
空に戻った星・町・依頼の手紙
設定と、「広告を消す」を買ったかどうか

これらは、利用者の設定により iPhone のバックアップ（iCloud またはパソコン）に含まれます。本アプリを削除すると、端末からも削除されます。

2. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、画面の下に Google AdMob の広告を表示します。

はじめて起動した時に、Apple の「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）をおたずねします。許可した場合だけ、広告識別子（IDFA）を使って、利用者に合わせた広告が表示されることがあります。許可しない場合は、利用者に合わせない広告だけを表示します。許可しなくても、ゲームはすべて遊べます。あとから iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」で変えられます。
広告の配信・効果の測定・不正の防止のため、Google が IP アドレス、端末やアプリの情報、広告の表示や操作などの情報を受け取ることがあります。詳しくは Google のパートナーのサイトやアプリでのデータの使用と Google のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
欧州経済領域・英国・スイスでは、広告を表示する前に Google の同意の画面で同意を確認します。そこで同意しなかった場合は、トラッキングの許可もおたずねしません。タイトル画面の「プライバシー設定」から、いつでも選び直せます。
広告は、すべての年齢向けの内容に限っています。
「広告を消す」を買うと、広告は表示されず、広告のための通信も、トラッキングの許可のおたずねも行いません。

3. アプリ内課金

「広告を消す」の購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行います。支払いの情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。購入したかどうかは端末の中に保存します。

4. そのほか

本アプリは、位置情報・カメラ・写真・連絡先を使いません。アクセス解析、クラッシュレポート、ソーシャルログインも組み込まれていません。開発者が利用者の個人情報を集めることはありません。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもの個人情報を集めません。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新します。

Hanabishi: Fireworks Maker Privacy Policy

This page explains how the iPhone app “Hanabishi: Fireworks Maker” (“the app”), provided by YOSHITAKE HIROTA (“the developer”), handles your information.

1. What stays on your device

The app stores the following only on your iPhone. The developer has no server, and nothing is sent to the developer. There is no account.

the shells you make, the shells on your rack and today’s stars
the stars returned to the sky, your town and the letters
settings, and whether you bought “Remove Ads”

Depending on your settings, these are included in your iPhone backups (iCloud or a computer). Deleting the app deletes them from your device.

2. Ads (Google AdMob)

The app shows Google AdMob ads at the bottom of the screen.

On first launch, the app asks for your permission to track through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency. Only if you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to show ads tailored to you. If you don’t allow it, only non-personalized ads are shown. You can play the whole game either way, and you can change this later in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
To serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may receive information such as your IP address, device and app information, and ad views and taps. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent with Google’s consent message before showing ads. If you don’t consent there, the app does not ask for tracking permission either. You can change your choice anytime from “Privacy” on the title screen.
Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages.
If you buy “Remove Ads”, no ads are shown, no ad requests are made, and the app does not ask for tracking permission.

3. In-app purchase

“Remove Ads” is bought through Apple’s App Store. The developer never receives your payment information. Whether you bought it is stored on your device.

4. Other

The app does not use your location, camera, photos or contacts. It contains no analytics, no crash reporting and no social sign-in. The developer does not collect your personal information.

5. Children’s privacy

The app does not collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated.
